**Working together. Sharing crucial guidance. Keeping the country safe from threats. As NaCTSO Head of Information Capability & Engagement (ICE), you’ll lead a ground-breaking coalition of business, government, and policing to protect the UK.**

In this critical, high-level role, you’ll be part of the NaCTSO Senior Leadership team within Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP). Your goal? To help businesses and the public safeguard themselves from terrorism. To achieve this, you’ll work with partners in business, policing, and government to deliver security awareness and advice. Responsible for the development and delivery of national policy for Protect and Prepare, you’ll act as deputy for the Head of NaCTSO.

The architect of effective, ongoing engagement, you’ll help businesses and the public understand how to mitigate risk. It’s a chance to boost national security - but that’s not the only reason to join us. You’ll also have the opportunity to create digital solutions to support partners using emerging tech. Overseeing product development, you’ll bring award-winning packages together into a single digital eco-system.

As you’ll be representing us at senior levels, you must be a credible partner who can influence, negotiate, and connect. Clear communication will be key, but you’ll also need a good grasp of business approaches to resilience and incident response to win trust and support. Experience in Digital, Marketing or Engagement will be essential, together with proven planning abilities. Skilled at developing coherent strategies, you’ll shape and deliver policies that could make a vital difference.
