Act as an expert and point of contact, providing advice and guidance to landlords and tenants.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients including carrying out property inpspections and check in and check out inventories.
Overseeing renewal of tenancies and arranging works orders to carry out repairs and maintanance.
You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and conscientious.
Enjoy visiting properties and meeting and dealing with customers.
Able to work with numbers and maintain a client database.
Well-presented, a good communicator and articulate.
A desire to achieve property related targets and maintain a high quality property portfolio.
**Salary**: £22k - £27k depending on experience. Other incentives and benifits are availble.
Property management experience is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full time, minimum 37.5 hours per week.
Have clean full uk driving license and the use of a car is essential.
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
