We are a small, growing serviced apartment company specialising in housing medical staff and contractors in our serviced apartments and share houses in and around Newcastle, Gateshead, South Shields and most recently Dubin, Ireland We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly lettings consultant to work remotely from home and to conduct viewings in the properties in the North East when required.

As lettings consultant for a small company, you will be responsible promoting and letting the current stock of properties we have in the portfolio on a short and long-term basis. You will manage your own time and your own viewings.

You will be responsible for managing short term bookings on the various booking channels, maximising profits through implementing marketing strategies, honing in on your existing knowledge and creative thinking.

You will be one of the main points of contact for tenants currently residing in our properties and prospective tenants looking to stay in the properties in the future. Good customer service is a key aspect to this role and will help with tenant retention rate (re-bookers) Accurate administration and attention to detail is a key aspect of this role as the role includes drawing up legally binding contracts (tenancy agreements)

**Daily Tasks**
- Conducting viewings
- Answering the phone
- Log any enquiries for long/short term let
- Draw up contracts for new tenants
- Monitor messages on Spareroom site
- Track tenants’ renal payment on finance trackers
- Loading any new properties onto short term let booking channels
- Monitor booking channel accounts
- Improve current listings on all booking channels
- Add new listings on booking channels.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £12.25 per hour
