Property & Lettings Administrator (Fixed-Term) Newcastle based role | fully on-site Full Time role Fixed-Term Maternity Cover contract for 10 months | potential for extension Up to £25,000 pro-rata basic salary + benefits & commission (£30,000 OTE) Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a multi-award winning Estate Agent based in Newcastle to recruit this role. This role will be offered on a Fixed-Term Contract basis for 10 months to cover maternity leave for one of the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Lettings Management support to the company. Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Assisting clients with all manner of Property & Lettings transactions
  • Conducting property viewings in the local area
  • Negotiating & agreeing rental agreements & terms
  • Handling & resolving both landlord & tenant matters/enquiries
  • Providing an outstanding customer journey at all times
  • Various other property & lettings duties as required or directed by management
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
  • Previous experience within a property or lettings business carrying out the above duties would be preferred, although this is not essential providing you have some experience in Administration & a desire to work in Property
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent administration, organisation & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a busy workload effectively
  • Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite
