Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms.

We at Williams Lea require a top corporate receptionist to join our team as a First Impression Assistant in our company based at the Newcastle office. You will be required to provide an exceptional customer service and hospitality service to our clients.

We are looking for a charismatic enthusiastic individual who relishes in providing a warm welcome either face to face or over the phone. The individual must have a great eye for detail, can build instant rapport and will find pleasure in preparing the client suite with refreshments and soft touches.

**The Job Includes**:

- Meeting, greeting and interacting with visitors.
- Monitoring a busy centralised First Impression Team inbox.
- Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests.
- Ordering, organising, and assisting with hospitality and events.
- Populating data collection workbooks.
- Meeting room set up and hospitality.

**The Experience**:

- Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively greet and communicate with callers and visitors.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

**The Package**:
In return the Receptionist will receive a salary if £21,000 and benefits which includes Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance/Life Assurance, Company Pension, Corporate Eye Care, Personal Accident and Company Sick Pay.
