Our client is currently seeking to employ an apprentice in business administration.
- "We are a firm who specialise in Insolvency and Business Recovery. This means that we deal with people and companies who are in financial difficulties._
- The work we do is varied and covers both the accounting, finance and legal sectors; for example we have to provide financial statements and adhere to statutory deadlines."_

The role will include various administration duties with the aim to develop and have more responsibility during your apprenticeship.

**Job Duties**
- Working in a professional practice
- Use of computers - in particular word/excel
- Invoice schedule - control / scan / print / maintain
- Open bank accounts for cases - ie complete the required forms
- Completing forms on a computer for submission re tax
- Drafting letters for issue to HMRC
- Update Master Fee Schedule following monthly invoices - maintain
- Bonding - collate and submit
- Keeper of statutory diary / compliance - checklist weekly, distribute and collect
- Storaway Box Storage - control and liaise
- Stationery - maintain / order
- Stamps - keep a check on what is needed
- Telephone - field calls / allocate / get rid of marketing calls
- Reception duties - anyone coming to the office
- Input holiday forms onto outlook diary and invite ‘all’ Beacon Team
- Opening post and scanning
- Dealing with outgoing post
- Social Media
- Organise Events

This is a **Level 3 Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship.** You will be paid at the apprenticeship wage of £6.40/hour

**Apprenticeship Details**

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited **Level 3 Business Administration** qualification.

**Skills Expected**
- Somebody who is a good verbal communicator who has a polite, clear and professional telephone manner.
- Must have a good level of literacy skills.
- IT literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
- Required to work to deadlines, with good time management.
- Good numeracy skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
