We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Payroll Administrator to join our proactive and innovative team.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the smooth and timely running of the payroll function of the Expleo Engineering weekly and monthly payrolls. Adhering to legislation from respective Government organisations (UK, IOM) to ensure that the payrolls are in keeping with legislative compliance.
- Completing and assisting with payroll processing cycle for Expleo Engineering employees on both the weekly & monthly payrolls.
- Processing of both payrolls includes a number of tasks, including starters, leavers, pensions (auto-enrolment and GPP), overtime, etc.
- Preparing monthly reports following the finalisation of payroll for accounts.
- Deal with payroll related queries from staff
- Dealing with ad-hoc requests from management.
- Issuing P60, P11d and P45s
- Completing the year end process, for submission to HMRC.
- Payment of statutory payments, inc SSP, SMP & SPP
- Payments to external organisations (L&G (Pension), UNITE Union, Gymflex, Payroll Giving, Cyclescheme, etc)
- Communicating and working with all levels of employees across the business
- Continual process improvement
- Supporting with potential new system implementation

Qualifications:

- Payroll qualification not required but would be advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Previous payroll knowledge essential
- Experience of payroll systems, ideally Payrite and/or Resource Link.
- Excellent Excel knowledge/ability
