Payroll and Timekeeping Administrator

Kerry is currently seeking a highly skilled Payroll T&A Administrator to join their team in the UK or Ireland on a hybrid working model.
This role is a key position that supports the Kerry Business, serving as the first point of contact for all T&A related queries raised through AskHR. The successful candidate will possess a positive 'can do' attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional HR and Payroll service.
The Payroll T&A Administrator will ensure best-in-class service delivery via continuous excellence methodology and problem-solving. This role will also involve support for the expansion of services to include European Payrolls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Team Lead to ensure accurate and timely completion of Payroll T&A administration, including production and delivery of required outputs.
- Deliver excellent customer service within SLAs, including administering Payroll (weekly & salaried) from start to end, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Accurately input and process relevant data for Payroll, including salaries, step-ups, overtime/shift/call-out payments, bonuses (MIP), benefit deductions, voluntary deductions, maternity/paternity allowances, and sickness.
- Provide day-to-day Payroll and administration support, addressing queries raised on AskHR.
- Assist with Payroll audits as required.
- Maintain employee information on mySuccess, Clockwise, and Kronos, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with Kerry standards.
- Manage leave balances, aligning them with local policies.
- Oversee leave of absence requests (maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave, unpaid leave, and jury service).
- Monitor and report KPIs, raising issues for follow-up with the HR Advisor and People Managers where necessary. Complete regular and ad-hoc report requests, including weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Manage requests to the HR Hub through ServiceNow, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain electronic filing, keeping folders streamlined.
- Support the rollout of related Payroll initiatives.
- Proactively contribute to projects assisting the team's transactional excellence agenda.
- Provide support and assistance to the Payroll Team, GBS, and HR Business Partners as needed.
- Policies, Procedures, and SOPs - review and update as necessary.
- Problem-solving - identify and advise on improvements and efficiencies to be gained.
