35.00 Hours Per Week, 39 Weeks Per Year
Temporary for two terms in the first instance
To commence as soon as possible or 8th January at the latest
Applications are invited from experienced, enthusiastic and committed support officers who wish to join our dedicated team.
You will be responsible for:
- Administration
- Office Management
- Management of school finances
- The school site (buildings and grounds), including organising repairs, maintenance and cleaning
- Health, Safety and risk assessment procedures
- Managing and developing the use of school facilities, including after school clubs, out of school clubs and lettings
- Line management of staff: administration staff team, caretaker and breakfast club staff
- CPD/HR systems
- Monitoring staff/ pupil attendance
Holidays must be taken during school closure periods. The appointment process will involve an interview with members of the school leadership team and a selection of Governors.
Closing Date: Thursday, 30th November
Shortlisting Date: Friday, 1st December
Interview /Task Date: Wednesday 6th December
