Office Administrator/receptionist

_**Office Administrator / Receptionist - Land based**_
Monday and Tuesday availability is essential. Additional days will be required when needed. Shifts vary in length due to the nature of the business so flexibility is required, shifts will range between 4-9hours per day. You must be over the age of 18 for this role.
**Duties**
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist in organising and scheduling bookings
- Handle office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
- Inform customers of all aspects of Forth Boat Tours
- Reconcile manifests and takings
- Process payments
- Complete tasks as directed
**Experience**:
- Proficient in using Microsoft
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Xero is a plus
- Comfortable working with office equipment
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong clerical and typing skills
Please note that this is not a remote position. The office administrator will be required to work on-site at our office within Port Edgar Marina, South Queensferry.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £8.60-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
