**The Role**:
Responsible for the provision of all relevant Human Resource support at the South Queensferry facility. Supporting central HR with site issues in line with business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- HR: _
- Monitoring of absence and administration of absence certificates and Return to Work documentation at the SQF facility.
- Exit interviews and leaver process at the South Queensferry facility
- Coordinating and tracking on job training for all new starts with relevant managers.
- Main point of contact for nominated training / skills provider for Apprenticeships in South Queensferry.
- Support recruitment at the South Queensferry facility.
- Supporting central HR needs and representing HR at absence, disciplinary, grievance and HR investigations.
- Daily updating of annual holiday spreadsheet.
- Coordinating critical Production Support functions and improving internal communication links.
- Leading the SQF Insights employee engagement team meetings.
- SQF SITE SUPPORT: _
- Leading the SQF Insights team meetings.
- Responsibility for SQF credit card, booking UK travel and car hire.
- Raise and process all purchase requisitions for the maintenance department and other Production Support areas.
- Overseeing the Procure to Pay process in relation to SQF.
- MAINTENANCE_:

- Coordinating the planning and ordering of CAPEX related projects for maintenance.
- Point of contact for non-technical Maintenance issues in the event of no management cover.
- Overseeing all maintenance customer / supplier improvements, both internal and external.

**Skills and Experience**:

- CIPD qualified Level 3 & 5 (not essential if HR experience is there)
- Stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence people at all levels - shop floor to upper management.
- Good interpersonal skills essential
- A planned, but pro-active working style
- Ability to work as part of a team and develop relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel and Microsoft Office experience

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
