Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Instructor to lead our afloat activities programme at our Port Edgar Boat Station. As a Senior Instructor, you will develop and deliver activities across sailing, powerboating, windsurfing, paddle sports, and rowing to cadet and adult members of the Sea Cadets. You will manage a team of volunteers, casual instructors, and cadet instructors to deliver a full programme of activities throughout the year, promoting positive, life-changing experiences on the water.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing health and safety policies, and maintaining accurate records. You must have expert-level knowledge and ability across a range of water sport disciplines and a demonstrable background in delivering high-quality boating activities to a wide client base.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, 51 working days paid holiday per annum, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, and private medical insurance.
