We also provide Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Warden training.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Telesales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via telephone to promote our fire and security services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and services.
- Identify potential leads and opportunities through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of fire and security systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
