We currently have an exciting opportunity working at one of the Universities in Leeds at their Headingley campus.
The role will be supporting the Admissions team during a busy period for 3 months.
You will need to be an organised individual with excellent communication skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get experience within the educational sector as you will be communicating with all departments within the university and gaining a good understanding of how the University operates.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls from prospective students and applicants, providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries or concerns
- Guide callers through the website to find answers to queries, where appropriate
Please note the role is available to start immediately and you will need to have had experience in an administration role previously.
Any experience within the education sector would be a definite advantage.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Hourly rate is 10.50 p/h
