Key Responsibilities

Responsible to the CEO, Business Manager, Academic Manager
- All students (e.g. prospective, attending, on hold) must be entered onto Zoho CRM and MDA Portal as well as the Admissions and Finance tracking spreadsheet.
- Ensure that all students’ documents are kept in the Students Folder in Google Drive and upload these documents to the individual student’s CRM profile in the Attachments section.
- These documents must be put in the individual student’s folder: Passports/id documents, visas, photos, exam certificates.
- Letters of Acceptance must be kept in the Letters of Acceptance folder.
- Financial Guarantees must be kept in the Financial Guarantees folder
- Invoices must be kept in the “Invoices-Out” Folder. All invoices are generated and placed into the “Invoices-Out” folder by the Business Manager.
- Enquiry tracking and follow-ups to maximise enrolments.
- Acting as the single point of contact for agents, sponsors and parents delivering exceptional customer care.
- Issue letters of acceptance, chase financial guarantees, send invoices and financial guarantees to sponsors/agents/parents/students.
- Keep all the admissions and tuition finance in the Admissions and Finance Tracking spreadsheet and liaise with the Business Manager regularly to feed in admissions related finance.
- Ensure that the business manager is informed about agency commissions
- Request invoices from agencies regarding there commission fees
- Communicating in a thorough, informative and friendly manner to foster close and supportive relationships.
- Attending and contributing to weekly meetings with Finance, CEO, Marketing and Management, reporting on data, including booking trends, enquiry quality and enrolment insights
- Present the latest admissions-related information (i.e. attending students numbers, confirmed prospective students numbers, active enquiries) on the smartboard.
- Be the key contact for the Business Manager and Welfare Coordinator.
- Inform the Welfare Coordinator about any confirmed prospective students so that they can get prepared.
- Provide feedback to agents, sponsors and parents on student progress
- Provide feedback to the school from agents, sponsors and parents - any positive feedback, as well as any concerns
- Contribute to the updating of the school social media/newsletter

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
