To act as the main point of contact for patients & visitors arriving. Report and action facility issues and faults where required. Where appropriate, escalate Health & Safety and facility issues to the General Manager / Assistant General Manager To support the clinical teams working in our services with basic requests. To manage the waiting room area whilst patients wait to be seen.

Interaction with patients to provide information, signposting, and advice. To demonstrate a competent level of interpersonal skills. Manage and prioritise own workload. Ensure the clinical rooms are stocked where appropriate.

To support the Operational Services Team with routine workload e.g. booking patients into clinics for other contracts / services. Any other duties as directed. Completion of administrative tasks as directed.
