**Job Vacancy: Customer Support Coordinator, reporting to Credit Control Manager**

**(This is a temporary role covering a period of Maternity Leave).**

**Location**:Sandringham House, Ackhurst Business Park, Foxhole Road, Chorley, PR7 1NY

**Brief description of the role**:
We are looking for a highly capable Customer Support Coordinator to join our accounts department. In this role, you will be dealing with customer invoices queries and resolving them to conclusion. Liaising with customers and resolving both simple and complex problems is therefore a key aspect of this role.

**Roles and Responsibilities will include**:

- Reviewing invoice queries from the Customer.
- Investigating and resolving the queries by liaising with the customer and Account Managers.
- Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing credit notes.
- Managing client requests and queries.
- Uploading and archiving invoice data, as well as filing contracts.
- Updating the internal system and maintaining efficient and thorough records.

**Experience and Skills required**:

- Background working in an accounting and finance role
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and in house systems, and knowledge of accounting databases
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential in this role
- Excellent organisation skills
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, is required
- Experience in the Hire industry desirable
- Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries
