**About the Role**:
**Job Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Preparing weekly rotas for care staff
- General office administration duties.
- Maintaining regular telephone contact with carers and service users
- Processing new service users and allocating care staff for visits
- This post includes some evening and weekend on call cover which will be on a rota basis

**Essential Skills**:
**Requirements**:

- ** Care Coordinating experience in the care industry** - 1 year (required)
- ** Care experience.**:

- Excellent Communication and computer skills, written and verbal with professional telephone manor.
- Caring, organised and highly motivated.
- Able to work well under pressure, solving problems, hitting and exceeding targets.
- Flexible, committed and reliable.
