The role will entail the delivery of software development projects within the Agile Scrum methodology, understanding business requirements, and translating these to technical specifications. This will enable the development of effective test plans to ensuresoftware is delivered to the appropriate standards.
**Desired experience**:

- Ideally you will be degree educated in a related field such as Computer Science / Software Engineering / Business Management etc although equivalent work experience is suitable
- Experience across the SDLC, Scrum processes, corporate system development and implementation.
- Demonstratable leadership experience within software development projects.
- Strong analysis skills, from inception to testing and deployment, with a keen eye for spotting and rectifying issues in different platforms and architectures.
- Experience with requirements management, use case and object-orientated modelling techniques and tools.

The opportunity would suit someone with a strong background as a BA, and previously as a Software Tester, who is looking for the chance to step up and take on a leadership role, or someone with that experience.
There is flexible working, although there is a need to be on site in Ipswich, Cambridge or Norwich 2 or 3 times a week, to work in collaboration with your colleagues and stakeholders.
