About the Role

The Workplace Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Solutions Analyst to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support and development of our Operations and Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Needs Identification: Identify and define the business needs of our stakeholders and help determine solutions to meet those needs.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a conduit and translator between our business and technical teams.
  • Requirements Gathering: Define and gather requirements, undertake data analysis or data modeling activities, and lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of new business systems.
  • Process Improvement: Research and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools like Power BI to create intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics.
  • Project Management: Project manage small to medium-sized projects with the support of our Head of IT.
  • Microsoft Teams Implementation: Help drive the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Teams across our organization.
  • System Support: Assist with the smooth running of our Microsoft business applications, including the training of users, management, and maintenance of user guides and training materials.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Microsoft Office 365: Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills to drive the completion of projects.
  • Vendor Management: Experience of managing external vendors.
