WTW is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join its existing team, supporting the delivery of the Broking application. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with the application's strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Own requirements management for assigned workstreams, understanding client and customer goals, and ensuring technology solutions deliver effectively.
- Manage requirements end-to-end, including revisions, feedback, demos, and baselines, leveraging best practice tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Conduct workshops and review sessions with the business and development/test teams to develop, review, finalize, and communicate requirements to all impacted stakeholders.
- Present and demo solutions to the team and business stakeholders as required.
- Create options papers, process, and workflow documentation to aid understanding of requirements and technical solutions.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions to meet business goals, scope, and strategy requirements.
- Provide input into the identification and delivery of project benefits, traceability of requirements, and impact of solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis of as-is and to-be requirements to identify operational and technical impacts.
- Clarify requirements and answer queries for project team members, such as solution architects, developers, and test analysts.
- Identify and document assumptions, dependencies, risks, and issues, and work closely with the Programme or Project Manager to ensure project management and reporting meets expectations.
Requirements:
- Commercial insurance background, preferably in London Markets.
- Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced product delivery team.
- Passion for solving business problems through software solutions.
- Hybrid or fully remote work arrangement considered.
