We are a global leader within logistics and luxury goods, seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team, reporting to the Head of IT.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support and development of our Operations and Infrastructure projects, including Stock Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics Vision software provided by OnTech.
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with experience across the following areas:
- Identify and define business needs of business users and stakeholders, and help determine solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems.
- Act as a conduit and translator between business and technical teams.
- Define/gather requirements and undertake data analysis or data modelling activities.
- Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of new business systems; identify enhancements to existing systems; measure user adoption for system changes.
- Research and analyse existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data visualization tools like Power BI to create intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of IT.
- Project manage small to medium-sized projects with the support of the Head of IT.
- Help drive the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Teams across the wider business.
- Assist with the smooth running of Microsoft business applications (Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive), including training users, management, and maintenance of user guides and training materials.
- Assist with the smooth running of Stock Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics systems, identifying issues, and helping to resolve them through troubleshooting, logging support cases, and monitoring issues.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
- Experience of migrating from Google Drive to Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience of managing external vendors.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to drive the completion of projects.
