The Workplace Consultancy Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day support and development of the Company's Operations and Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Business Needs Identification: Identify and define the business needs of business users and stakeholders, and help determine solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems.
- Business-Technical Liaison: Act as a conduit and translator between the business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Requirements Gathering: Define and gather requirements, undertake data analysis or data modelling activities, and lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of new business systems.
- Process Improvement: Research and analyse existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools like Power BI to create intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics.
- Project Management: Provide regular updates to the Head of IT, and project manage small to medium-sized projects with the support of the Head of IT.
- Microsoft Teams Implementation: Help drive the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Teams across the wider business, and assist with the smooth running of the Microsoft business applications.
- System Support: Assist with the smooth running of the Stock Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics systems, identifying issues, and helping to resolve them through troubleshooting, logging support cases, and monitoring issues.
- Technical Expertise: Must have strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive), and preferably have been part of a team that has implemented these tools within a similar organization.
- Leadership and Project Management: Must have strong leadership and project management skills to drive the completion of projects.
