Overview:

WTW is expanding its Broking application globally and is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to enhance the existing team.

The ideal candidate will be integral to a dynamic product delivery team, facilitating the rollout of the Broking application. A background in commercial insurance, particularly within London Markets, is preferred. The successful individual will lead the process of gathering requirements from business stakeholders and compiling feedback from current users through various forums.

This role involves translating business needs and user feedback into actionable technology solutions, defining both technical and non-technical requirements, while ensuring alignment with the application’s strategic goals. Collaboration with the project team is essential, along with strong written communication and documentation skills, as well as a commitment to resolving business challenges through innovative software solutions.

The position offers a hybrid work model, with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage proactively with stakeholders across the organization to comprehend both business and technical requirements. Assume full responsibility for requirements management within the designated workstream, ensuring technology solutions effectively meet client and customer objectives. Manage requirements comprehensively, including revisions, feedback collection, stakeholder demonstrations, and baseline management, utilizing best practice tools and methodologies. Facilitate workshops and review sessions with business and development/testing teams to develop, finalize, and communicate requirements to all relevant stakeholders. Present and demonstrate solutions to the team and business stakeholders as necessary. Create documentation such as options papers and process workflows to enhance understanding of requirements and technical solutions. Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to clarify requirements and shape solutions that align with business goals and strategic objectives. Contribute to the identification and realization of project benefits, ensuring traceability of requirements and assessing the impact of solutions. Conduct gap analyses of current and future requirements to determine operational and technical implications. Provide clarification on requirements and address queries from project team members, including solution architects, developers, and test analysts. Document assumptions, dependencies, risks, and issues, working closely with the Programme or Project Manager to ensure project management and reporting standards are met.
