- upon-Trent.

**Position**:Sales Advisor

**Employment Type**:Full-time, Permanent

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00

**Remuneration**:£12.50 to £15.00 per hour, dependant on skills and previous experience

**Job Location**:Burton-Upon-Trent (Office based)

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing sales activities and providing support to the sales team.
- Handle incoming enquiries, orders, and requests from customers, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory management in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**What are We Looking For?**
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to manage and prioritise a wide range of duties and responsibilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with musical instruments and/or experience in the school education sector is highly desirable.
- A passion for music and the ability to play a musical instrument to a competent level would be an advantage.
