We are in search of a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the Newark-On-Trent branch in Nottingham, UK. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a professional individual to become a valued member of our friendly team.

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Newark-On-Trent, Nottingham

Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours, adaptable to school opening times)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be stationed at our garage reception, providing essential support to the branch manager. Your primary responsibilities will involve keeping our valued customers informed about their vehicles, generating quotations, and managing booking requests. While prior experience in an automotive setting would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Qualifications:

- A strong passion for consistently delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both in-person and over the phone.
- The ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining an approachable and friendly demeanour.
