Our Internationally operating Newark based Client is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their Service team on a full-time permanent basis.

Your main duties will be scheduling engineers to maximise productivity within the department.

**THE ROLE**

Your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor will include:

- Own the communication withthe customer at all stages in house and field jobs, providing timely updates and information.
- Communicate effectively with all internal departments.
- Get feedback on the company service.
- Allcoate a team member to a task as and when required.
- Schedule maintenance appointments as needed.
- Use SAP to make sure customers invoices are correct.

**THE CANDIDATE**

The ideal Customer Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

- Excellent Telephone manner.
- The ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Strong Organisation skills.
- Be adaptable to change.
- Good working knowledge of CRM/SAP Systems
