Role - Customer Service Advisor
Location - Newark
Hours - 8:30am-5pm (Monday to Friday) With occasional weekend working during busy periods
Pay - £9.50 per hour
Duration - 12 weeks initially with the view to become permanent
Role Responsibilities
- Comfortable communicating with people over the phone in high volume
- Ability to manage your own time effectively
- IT literate with the use of MS Office
- Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work as a part of an effective team
- Previous experience communicating over the phone
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to drive and having own transport would be beneficial
