**1 Permanent Community Support Worker 28 hours per week, located at Short Breaks Macclesfield.**

Providing support over a 24-hour period, focused on maximising people's independence, choice, and control. We work in partnership with the individual, parents and families and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.

Support provided consists of all aspects of daily living (personal care, food preparation, administration of medication and managing finances).

The service operates over 24 hours. **Starting pay £12.18 per hour up to £12.38 with time and half at weekends, and all Bank Holidays except Xmas Day and Boxing Day which are double pay.**
