Assisting with the administration and control on the construction of large projects, identifying opportunities for new stores or managing the existing store estate. Whatever the task, you'll put your all into it.

We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. It means our Real Estate teams are always kept on their toes.

Further to centralisation of the Real Estate Department, the team requires an Assistant to support with the Electric Vehicle Charging Point (EVCP) Trial extension. We are looking for a highly organised individual who can undertake tasks in an efficient and effective manner.

Within the team, you will play a significant role in the project which impacts the Aldi store portfolio, bringing rapid chargers to both live stores as well as working with the Regions to arrange installations for new stores whilst construction is ongoing.

**Your New Role**
- Supporting the Manager by assisting with internal/external stakeholders throughout the EVCP trial extension.
- Coordinating the project that will be focussing on several sites at one time.
- Ensuring all due diligence has been completed on each site.
- Carrying out all OPM requirements and updating the system when necessary.
- Ensuring all potential delays are recorded and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a well organised filing system to ensure all necessary documents are on file and can be found when needed.

- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience with dealing with different stakeholders types
- Experience working on projects
- Data entry
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organisational, time and diary management skills
- Proactive attitude to teamwork
- Efficient with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload

- Salary starting £36,080 rising to £42,135

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
