**Your New Role**:
A highly experienced administrator / Projects assistant, to join Aldi who has extensive experience and strong commercial awareness
You will report into the Project Manager and will be part of a busy team, this team looks after the future projects within Aldi and will liaise with internal and external; stakeholders.
**About You**:
**As part of this role your key responsibilities will include**:
- Support the Project Managers and Project Team using own initiative when required
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the Project Managers
- Undertake project work as required
- Prepare statistical information and conduct relevant analysis
- Manage efficient and accurate flow of communication both internally and externally
- Create and collate presentations / documentation
- Train other team members where appropriate
- Actively manage area of responsibility through driving innovation and change
- Ensure National and International deadlines are met
- Check invoices and expenses in the area of responsibility following Company procedures
- Maintain an efficient and well-organised filing system for area of responsibility
- Archive documentation in the area of responsibility properly and arrange its disposal at the end of the archive period
- Strong competencies in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
- Able to prioritise multiple work streams and meet key deadlines
- Data entry and analytics
- Data Management and Filing
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task
- A professional approach with a high level of discretion and integrity
- Exceptional levels of organisation and time management
- Proactive / reactive ability, able to prioritise a high volume of tasks
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Understanding of project processes e.g. project management frameworks
- A willingness to take responsibility, a flexible and pragmatic approach, and a clear desire to succeed
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, able to communicate clearly and confidently to have a positive influence on others
- Calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
- Previous experience in Project roles
- Educated to A Level or equivalent

- 12mth FTC
- Starting salary from £33,035 rising to £38,580
- 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday
- Friday, with the opportunity for remote working 2 days per week.
