Student Programmes Assistant

The Department of Marketing in LUMS are looking for a Student Programmes Assistant to work in their busy professional services team. The position is grade 4, full time role.
You will work closely with our professional services team, provide high levels of support to our academic department, be a first point of contact for staff, visitors and students to the postgraduate office, responding proactively to queries. The role is primarily supporting our postgraduate teaching activities and co-ordination the PhD research programme, as well some undergraduate support at peak points. You should have administrative experience in an educational environment, worked effectively both individually and as part of a team, have excellent IT, communication and customer service skills and enjoy working in a busy and vibrant environment. Attention to detail, the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise are essential to this role. For full details please see the person specification.
