We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers. This is a full-time, temporary position located at our office on Market St, Lancaster.
Contract Term (2 options available):
3 months = July to end of September
2 months = August to end of September
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct to right individual and take messages if needed
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with enquiries
- Administrative tasks to assist our team of Property Managers
- Assist with student move out / move in season - collecting keys, answering enquiries
- Conduct right to rent checks
- Help with keeping the office organised and presentable

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Salary - £11.50 - £12.80 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.00pm, 30 mins lunch
Location - Market St, Lancaster
