Postgraduate Access Programme Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with young people to join our team at Lancaster University. The successful candidate will have a creative approach and experience of working with young people, teachers, and schools/colleges to develop and deliver the Lancaster Access Programme (LAP), encouraging students from Widening Participation (WP) backgrounds to apply to Lancaster as a first-choice destination for undergraduate study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the Lancaster Access Programme (LAP) to encourage students from Widening Participation (WP) backgrounds to apply to Lancaster as a first-choice destination for undergraduate study.
- Work with young people, teachers, and schools/colleges to develop and deliver the LAP.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Manage projects and tasks effectively, with a willingness to travel across the North West and occasionally further afield within the UK.
