Job Title: Programme Project Lead - Children's Palliative Care

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Project Lead to join our team at Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day development and management of the Kentown Children's Palliative Care Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Kentown Children's Palliative Care Programme
  • Manage the Kentown Family Support Team
  • Work in partnership with health, education, and social care professionals to lead the project and raise awareness of the programme and children's palliative care
  • Deliver a high-quality family support service
  • Contribute to service development across the wider organisation

Requirements:

  • Experience in child health, education, or social care
  • Project management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with change and adaptable
