**DC Leisure**:
- eCommerce Retailer specialising in outdoor leisure, camping, and recreational vehicle accessories and leisure vehicle conversions. Committed to providing top-notch customer service and advice.
**DC Conversions - **high-end camper van conversions.
We offer an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled and creative individual with ecommerce, digital and website experience to join our team. As our eCommerce & Customer Service Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of our growing company, contributing to our success by processing online orders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless delivery experiences.
Working closely with our management team, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact by onboarding new brands and products, maintaining website accuracy, and creating content on social and eCommerce channels. You will also be key in actively promoting our business at trade shows and events.
You will also manage and update our DC Conversions website with new images, blogs, and video content to promote our superb recreational vehicle conversions and camper vans for sale.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Onboarding Excellence**: Collaborate with our management team to seamlessly introduce new brands and products to our website and social channels, ensuring accurate and attractive presentation.
- **Management of Services & Vehicle Sales**:Collaborating with the Conversions Team to creating meaningful services, image and videos, and vehicle descriptions into promotional sales and marketing material.
- **Meticulous Data Management**: Input product information with precision, including descriptions, prices, images, and specifications, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- **Customer Engagement and Support**: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, leveraging your product knowledge to assist customers and fulfil orders promptly and efficiently.
- **Business Promotion**: Actively promote the organisation and the products we sell both online and offline, engaging with customers in-store and representing our brand at trade events. Creating engaging content on both websites, social channels, and other promotional tools.
- **Continuous Service Improvement**: Always looking at ways to drive sales, increase the organizations’ profile, improve processes, work smarter and introduce new technology if required.

- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, both verbal, written and mathematical.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process information accurately and efficiently.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude, along with a passion for continuous improvement and growth to suit a person who thrives and grows with challenges.
**Qualifications: & Experience**
- GCSE English and Maths grade C or above - essential
- Excellent written English and communication - essential
- IT proficiency or IT related qualification - essential
- Online selling experience (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, Socials, Google, Edge) - preferred.
- Social Media (Business) experience - preferred
- SEO, Categorisation and Adwords knowledge - preferred
- Video and photography and editing pictures - preferred
