We have a new opportunity for a PA to support our Bus and Coach Sales Director.

**Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing day to day**:

- Support the sales director
- Prepare relevant documentation where required
- Other general duties to assist the directors including diary management, general communication and expense management

**To be successful in this role**:

- Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Have strong administrative skills
- Have good standard of competence in Microsoft packages, especially outlook and word.
- Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work and have excellent organisational skills that enable you to manage a complex and varied workload.
- Experience in developing good relationships with a range of staff and customers.
- Experienced at managing the diaries of several senior leaders.
