As Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will shape strategies that align sales with operations, optimize pricing for profitability, and champion our company values to develop a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to uncover new opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations, achieving a balance between competitive edge and profitability.
  • Execute the group's strategy locally, fostering high performance, transparent communication, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) excellence.
  • Manage the Internal Sales Team effectively.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within industrial or B2B sectors.
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with resilience and adaptability.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, committed to accountability and driving team performance.
  • Expertise in pricing, contracts, and negotiations.

Estimated Salary: £48,000 per annum, plus bonus.
