Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales efforts in driving growth and expanding our customer base.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in developing and executing strategic sales plans. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering robust technical and commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to identify opportunities and threats
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the board

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably selling high value test and measurement equipment
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully selling into a broad range of industries, including Aerospace, Defence, Space, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, and Consumer Electronics sectors
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
