We’re looking for like-minded individuals to join our little team at Blomma Beauty who share our ethics and want to help chart a new path in beauty retail. We’re a group of kind, honest and fun-loving people who want to make the world a better place while looking and feeling good

The role is available 1-2 days per week including 1 weekend day with the scope to increase this with demand. We’re looking for someone who loves giving facial massage, has an interest in natural products and wants to thrive in a small business environment. Our protocol doesn’t rely on tools so skills in facial massage are important as well as being interested in natural products and providing your clients with a relaxing, holistic experience. You’ll be part of a small team so you’ll need to be willing to get stuck in on the shop floor helping to sell products and approach potential clients for treatments. The role can be on an employed or freelance basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform facials, including skin analysis, with products from our store, tailored to the client
- Provide excellent client care to make our guests feel at ease and supported in their aftercare needs
- Be proactive in securing client bookings and rebookings
- Upsell products used in the facials
- Keep up to date client paperwork and product training
- Maintain and clean your facial area and equipment to a high standard
- Reviewing clients pre-treatment forms
- Assist with retail sales as and when required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience providing facials
- Level 2-3 beauty therapy or equivalent
- Able to confidently perform pre-treatment consultations and select products according to the client’s needs
- Capability to upsell products
- Must have an interest in the natural and holistic beauty industry
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Enthusiastic self-starter who wants to be part of a small, but growing business
- The ability to work well within a team
- Organised and reliable with strong communication skills
- Friendly and caring nature to provide excellent customer service

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
