As a Holistic Facialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional facial and skincare services that go beyond traditional treatments. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Skin Analysis**: Conduct thorough skin assessments to understand each client's unique needs and recommend personalised holistic skincare routines and products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest holistic skincare products and techniques, and provide recommendations to clients for at-home care.
- **Holistic Approach**: Incorporate holistic principles into your treatments, considering the mind-body connection and the use of natural ingredients to address skin concerns.
- **Client Consultation**: Engage in consultations with clients to discuss their skincare goals, lifestyle, and any concerns they may have, providing guidance on maintaining healthy skin from within.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients about the benefits of holistic skincare and provide guidance on self-care practices that contribute to overall well-being.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- **Appointment Management**: Efficiently manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely and exceptional service to clients.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a facials or skincare specialist.
- Holistic skincare training and certification is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, natural ingredients, and holistic practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
