**The Role**
- Assisting the Educational Programmes Manager in maintaining high standards within the Educational Tours
- Department and working alongside other colleagues and team members.
- Weekly financial & operations reports to Head of Department.
- Supervising & operating all programmes, itineraries, invoices/payments.
- Ensuring that all groups are meticulously planned and arranged.
- Day to day contact with the suppliers & clients.
- Maintain strong communication between departments.
- On call when groups are in house.
- Looking for new initiatives and business opportunities to drive the department forward.
- Representing Educational Programmes department on all company ESG Policies (Environmental, Social & Governance)
- Hybrid role to assist other departments within the company, when required.

**Site Visits**:

- Working in conjunction with Educational Programmes Manager on proposals for potential site visits.
- Booking and confirmation of academic related visits and guest lectures.
- Liaising with home campus and organisation to ensure that academic needs and objectives are clear, and communicated to sites.
- Following up with site visits post-visit.
- Creating and maintaining database of all academic related site visits.
- Source new site visits via the Internships dept, research & expand the site visit portfolio.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**
- Preferably with a degree or work experience within the education/International business sector
- Must have excellent communication skills and fluent in both verbal and written English.
- A sound knowledge of Word, Excel and Data entry.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated and dynamic
- Attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
