About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring Student Experience Team Leader to join our team at Unite Students. As a Student Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the team, including delegating tasks and setting targets. You will also be responsible for the safety and security of the building and the students whilst on duty, making sure your team conducts the necessary checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in achieving their targets and goals
  • Responsible for the safety and security of the building and the students
  • Support the training and development of team members
  • Provide a welcoming reception to all students
  • Accountable for the team's responsiveness to solving students' problems
  • Work with managers and partners to support students' wellbeing
  • Organise events to create an inclusive community
  • Drive local sales activity against given targets
