Programme Leader- Business Management Course

Through collaboration and engagement with Department Heads and other key stakeholders, the **Programme Leader - Business Studies** will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, management and review of the programme. As a Programme leader you are also responsible for taking forward any new programme proposals following due process and in accordance with the organisational strategy. You are equally required to ensure student representatives are allocated to the programme board, and all students have access to a personal tutor.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operational_
- Responsibility for the overall design of the Business Studies programme
- Responsibility for ongoing programme design, maintenance, and improvement
- Responsibility for monitoring the programme in operation.
- Responsibility for the effective coordination of colleagues who contribute to the design and delivery of the programme.
- Planning teaching, including lectures, seminars/tutorials and learning materials
- Meeting students individually to discuss progress as needed
- Interviewing potential students
- Carrying out administration, such as attending departmental meetings and writing reports
- As a Programme Leader you also actively ensure that you fulfil the responsibilities below or delegate tasks to colleagues, including the Deputy Programme Leader, involved in the programme delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
