**Maintenance Operative - Norfolk**

Contract: 24 hours per week

**Salary**: £14,400.00 per annum

It is an extremely exciting time here at Cephas Care with the implementation of a new senior management team devoted to providing service excellence and supporting our staff.

The Cephas Group are recruiting highly motivated Maintenance Operative at our picturesque property, Clarence House which is rated ‘Good’ by CQC. Clarence House is a 41-bed elderly (over 65 years) Care Home, which also caters for those living with dementia. The home provides Residential Care, Palliative Care, Respite Care and Convalescent Care.

As a Maintenance Operative, you will undertake small building projects and provide general maintenance support within our residential home based in Mundesley.

Person Specification:

- You will be qualified to Level 2 in construction or equivalent
- Full clean driving license
- Knowledge of health & safety would be advantageous
- You will possess previous experience in a similar role and be able to work autonomously to a high standard
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act and client confidentiality is required, but full training will be given in this area
- Heavy lifting is required as part of this role.
- It is your responsibility to read all Company Policies and Procedures, keep yourself up to date with Company regulations and adhere to them.

You will need to be able to work flexibly, as this role may need you to work evenings and weekends when required.

Tools will be provided to undertake this role
