To be responsible for providing administrative, secretarial, and reception support to the ward team, which will include word processing, post distribution, receiving and disseminating information, coordinating the financial issues of all clients, maintaining the electronic patient database, general reception duties.

Assisting in maintaining a safe environment for clients and visitors to the ward and other support tasks to assist the nursing, medical, and allied professional staff in carrying out their clinical activity efficiently
and effectively.

The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.

Deal with telephone enquiries from health professionals, services users, service user families, carers and team members, some of whom are anxious or have cultural or language difficulties

Provide information and advice to service users.

To provide administrative support to all clinical staff.
Complete regular archiving of patient notes in line with trust policies and
procedures.

Maintain levels of stationery and ensure that the admin rota is completed and published in advance.

Undertake logging and monitoring of maintenance and decontamination for the service medical equipment.

Ensure that activity data is entered accurately and within the agreed timescales on SystmOne

To undertake photocopying and distribution of documents, processing of
correspondence and general clerical duties as required

Type correspondence and notes as required

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

To assist with onward referrals to other teams in and around Camden Community

Complete regular archiving of patient notes in line with trust policies and
procedures.

Maintain levels of stationery

Ensure that the admin rota is completed and published in advance.
Undertake logging and monitoring of maintenance and decontamination for the service medical equipment.

Ensure that activity data is entered accurately and within the agreed timescales on SystmOne

To undertake photocopying and distribution of documents, processing of
correspondence and general clerical duties as required
Type correspondence and notes as required.

Provide clerical cover at any of the sites for IPC when required.
Develop and maintain a continence assessment system

Contribute to improving the procedural / practice in the Admin service.
Undertake any other tasks as required commensurate with grade
