Office Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for 2 ambitious individuals to join one of the fastest growing Insolvency Practices in the UK. Anderson Brookes are looking to add **2 X ADMINISTRATORS** to the existing team based at our office in Adlington, Chorley.
Previous work experience gained within a regulated environment or related sector would be advantageous... for example: Financial Services, Accountancy, Legal Services, Insurance, Banking, Business Transfer, Claims Management, Debt Collection or Credit Control
Your role will include:
- Onboarding new clients
- Data entry into our bespoke CRM system
- Analysing clients paperwork
- Personalising legal documents from standard templates
- Chasing clients for missing information
- Diarising key dates for statutory tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need to be **very confident on the telephone** and **highly organised**... you will need to be able to work without supervision and show initiative. Every day will be different, you must be able to adapt to new challenges arising within an extremely busy office
- At least 2-years proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- An excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal
- General IT skills, ideally experience of having used a CRM system
