**Role**:Programme Support Officer (Quality Assurance)
**Reporting to **MEAL Manager
**Location**:Penny Appeal Campus, Thornes Park, Wakefield, West Yorkshire
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week
**Shifts**:Monday-Friday with requirement for some weekend working during busy periods
**Pay Rate**:£22,308.00 per annum

**Penny Appeal in the Park**
Our head office is situated in the beautiful Thornes Park, less than 1 mile from the city centre. The park has 60 hectares of open space to explore and enjoy. There is a mound in the centre of the park which was once the site of a castle and now provides spectacular views of Wakefield.

**The Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and growing faith-based humanitarian aid charity as Project Support Officer - Quality Assurance in our Programmes Team.

Your role will be varied, responsibilities will include:
1) Conduct data quality checks on programme monitoring data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
2) Enter and manage programme data in designated databases and systems (e.g., Salesforce).
3) Assist the MEAL team with data collection activities for programme evaluations (e.g., data entry from surveys.
4) Maintain strong relationships with programme teams and other departments to facilitate smooth data collection and reporting processes.
5) Support the development and implementation of data quality control measures within programme teams.
**The Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in data management or a related field
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices
- Proficiency in data entry and management software (e.g., MS Excel, Salesforce)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques
