**About the role**:
We are currently looking for support workers to deliver person centred care and support across 4 services in Wakefield.

You will provide person-centred care and support with personal care and administrating medication, as well as social activities such as walking, shopping or going to the park. This will also include planning alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.

This is a great opportunity, to help enrich and develop vulnerable people's lives. You will be working with an excellent team and joining an organisation where you can make a difference, playing a key role in the development of the people we support.

**Hours**:
We have both full time & part time positions available.

Shifts within the hours of 7am-9pm, 9am-4pm, 4pm-11pm (flexibility required)

Night shifts
- 9pm-7am

**Location**:
The services are located across Wakefield. One service is situated in Castleford. One in Featherstone, another in Ossett and then across Wakefield as the community support team. Each service offers free private parking and is situated on a main bus route giving easy access.

**About you**:
No experience or qualifications are required as full training and induction will be provided to support you in your role. All you need is a kind heart, compassion and a willingness to learn.

*Please note a UK driving license is desirable for this role although not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.64-£11.93 per hour
