Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team in Wakefield. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting active and independent lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respectful care and support to service users, including practical and emotional support.
  • Maximise social opportunities and community engagement, fostering warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
